ASSESSMENT
PLEASE READ BEFORE ASSESSMENT EXERCISE AT THE BOTTOM OF PAGE
You may or may not be aware of your-self, rationalizing, manipulating, intellectualizing, emotions,
thoughts, action, or deeds in order to firmly establish peace. As U know what U resist persists.
Therefore the more U crave or seek peace of mind, or any form of peace, the more your attention
goes to the lack of peace. This is because the subtle and often times hidden agenda is to avoid that
which is not peaceful. Therefore the energy goes were the greatest attention goes. Consequently the
energy is greatest with the aversion. Paradoxically whatever one is adversed to will also enhance the
lack since this is the true purpose of the aversion. Since you cannot fool Mother Nature, the mind then
amplifies these aversions. However there is no need to manipulate anything such as your thoughts,
emotions, action, or deeds. This is just one of the traps of the mind as well as judging, craving,
aversions, expectations etc. Paradoxically what U resist will definitely persist! That is if U resist, avoid,
replace, tolerate, escape- ANY AND ALL - judging, craving, aversions, expectations etc they will only
persist with greater energy albeit subtly, consciously, subconsciously or unconsciously.
Therefore you may just continue to be trapped and stuck at deeper levels without GAP/PEP. Isn't this
how life often times progresses? Most importantly it must be noted that the traps of the mind are infinite
and with out being guided with GAP/PEP integration has been extremely rare even with enlightened
beings, which as you know is also extremely rare even in this day and age. Therefore it is imperative
that the obstacles to integrating peace are exposed with GAP/PEP efficiently/effortlessly.
So What To Do? Take GAP/PEP rather then continuing your searching, spending etc. Nothing lost, as
EVERYTHING U have done up to now, time spent, brought U here, but when you are tired of looking,
or when you want to move on take GAP/PEP. Many authors speak of what needs to be done, that is
What To Do but NONE TEACH EXACTLY HOW IT IS TO BE DONE. How to disentangle the
entanglements of the mind and provide an Actualized Realization. GAP/GAP+/PEP+ provides the
refinements in order for the traps of the mind to become a thing of the past enabling you to remain in
the presence of the present effortlessly, which is the only place peace exists.
This is not an intellectual approach otherwise many would have it already. We all know a picture is
worth a thousand words. Well an experience is worth a thousand pictures and a, Actualized Realization
is worth a billion lucid experiences. Don’t think you are in the present moment! Know it, experience it,
realize it, and imbibe it each moment effortlessly without thought or any manipulation what so ever.
This is what every sincere seeker is ultimately looking for.

As an exercise notice the mind chatter while reading through this above and entire web sight and see
how far you can get with out it – if there is any chatter then u need this program. You may also realize
how your opinion has or has not changed by rereading it, how U agree or disagree. Eventually, with
GAP/PEP, when you read you will just listen to what is read - THEN DECIDE - and when you think, you
will just think, without the chatter entangling you. Everything else is nonproductive chatter/ due to
mindfull stress. PEP/GAP will teach you how to use this chatter productively, effortlessly.

As you are listening to someone speak notice the same distractions as stated above. That is; Notice
the mind agreeing or disagreeing, judging, manipulating, planning or what ever before the speaker has
completely finished making their point. If possible also realize how you go off on some tangent with
your own thoughts/story - yet continue to converse with the individual as though you actually heard it all.
As an example -you may notice your self being offended or some other emotion which diverts your
attention while missing the complete context.
Caution! Some believe they have no chatter and belong to the "C" category above - spend some time
on this to be sure. Simply put in category "C" peace would be firmly established moment to moment.
